The tournament took place in Salt Lake City, Utah with competing schools DePaul Blue Demons, Penn Quakers, Indiana State Sycamores, and Michigan State Spartans. Michigan and Indiana played the championship game with Michigan taking the title with a 75 - 64 victory.
